a quick return on investment.

Our Products.

Picko began designing and fabricating our own specialised equipment in 2010 due to the exorbitant costs of the existing products available in the market.

Additionally, we identified the necessary modifications required to suit the application of agglomerations of highly abrasive and heavy metals. As our business model relies on acquiring operational contracts, we had to reduce maintenance costs and enhance durability. This is the reason why Picko’s equipment boasts a higher safety factor and is generally over-engineered. Furthermore, spare parts and consumables are readily accessible at a fraction of the cost.

Mobile Pilot Plants.

Picko identified the need for customers to be able to conduct feasibility studies at a cost-effective rate. We designed a containerised plant that can be easily transported anywhere in the world with minimal cost. The plant can produce briquettes as well as pellets. It is also modular and additional units or equipment can be added as needed. This is a big step forward in providing better solutions to clients with a quicker turnaround time.

Scalable Modular Plants.

Due to increased cost of construction and delays in commissioning, Picko began designing its plants within a modular framework. This approach allows us to test equipment before installation and effectively reduces both the overall construction expenses and installation time.

Briquetting Machines.

These machines are designed for heavy-duty operation under strenuous and tough conditions; they are reliable and require minimal maintenance. Our chrome-molybdenum formulation for the segmented wheels is easy to replace and increases yield due to its reliability.

High Intensity Mixers.

At the core of successful agglomeration lies the effective high-energy mixing of the binder into the material. Our dedicated research and development team strives to achieve optimal binding by using less than 2.5% binder in the mix. To accomplish successful product agglomeration, we rely on a highly intensive mixer capable of homogenizing the mixture in a remarkably short time. Therefore, we have specifically designed our mixers to cater to these requirements. Moreover, these mixers can also be utilised in pelletisation processes.
